RANBIR KAPOOR ON MAKING HIS OFFICIAL SOCIAL MEDIA DEBUT
In an exclusive conversation with India Today, Ranbir not only confirmed that he’s on social media but also revealed why he won’t make his presence official. When asked if his thoughts on joining social media had changed, Ranbir said, “No, it is still the same. I have survived so many years without social media, with the help of you guys [media],
good entertainment and good films. I think nothing can keep a good film down. I have nothing against social media. I think it is a brilliant platform to reach out to many people, you can reach out to fans and you can bring about a change also. But, it is not a medium that excites me as of right now. I am very excited about the medium of acting and movies. I am happy doing just that.”
When asked if Alia has managed to change his opinion of social media, Ranbir added, “She is happy about it. She is supportive of my decision of not being on social media. She supports it.”
